LES COULISSES DU NINKASI - La fabrication de la bière 4
Après la garde certaines de nos bières sont centrifugées. Ce procédé permet d’éliminer les levures encore en suspension ainsi que le trouble froid qui s’est formé. Nous obtenons alors des bières limpides. D’autres bières comme la blanche ou les fruitées restent non filtrées afin de préserver tous leurs parfums et leur trouble naturel. Les levures encore présentes dans ces bières apportent une diversité de vitamines (B1,B2,pp), des éléments minéraux et des acides aminées essentiels qui sont bénéfiques pour la santé du consommateur (avec modération bien sûr ! ! !). Les bières finies sont ensuite conditionnées soit // en vrac : pour la distribution en pression sur place // en fût de 30 L : pour les manifestations extérieures // en bouteilles de 75 cl ou 33 cl pour les magasins et grandes surfaces ainsi qu’à emporter sur les différents sites du NINKASI
